Senses Journey aims to help organizations enhance the experiences shaped by their environments by applying frameworks from neuroscience, design, and psychology.
We, humans, work and live in environments that affect our well-being. Experiences within and with these environments either trigger the release of endorphins (a well-being hormone) or cortisol (a stress hormone).
Senses Journey, by utilizing frameworks from neuroscience, design, and psychology, helps increase awareness and deliver tools and techniques to increase positive emotions in environments.
We begin by defining how users should ideally feel within environments that engage four senses—visual, auditory, tactile, and olfactory—and the emotions associated with these sensory inputs. We then analyze the current (“as-is”) state and, based on this analysis, develop an improvement plan. This approach applies to both physical and digital environments, as well as to products and services, to enhance sensory experiences and ultimately improve the bottom line.
Keywords for wellbeing: excitement, surprise, calm, protection, care, ease, joy, lightness, clarity, generosity, joyfulness, happiness, welcoming, trust, variety, and many more.
Crossroads Coaching supports individuals at critical turning points, helping them reflect deeply and make high-impact decisions.
We begin by mapping your current situation across relevant areas of life, then explore possible scenarios that might unfold once a decision is made. Using both intuition and structured analysis, our goal is to reach the best possible judgement, increase adaptability, and minimize potential harm. The process helps prevent emotional trauma and the lingering sense of loss or regret, making the way forward clearer and more confident.
Throughout the process, we draw from both psychology and management—using tools such as self- and situational analysis, stakeholder mapping, goal setting, milestones, and reflective exercises—to ensure decisions are thoughtful, flexible, and grounded in accountability and resilience.
The program typically includes four sessions over three months:
Initial Meeting: Before the first session, clients are asked to complete a Self-Analysis Questionnaire. In the meeting, we'll review the self-analysis, map of the current situation, and discuss alternative scenarios for decisions and their likely impact.
Exploration Session: We'll narrow down potential decisions and their likely outcomes and impact.
Decision Session: At this point, a decision must be made with a thorough impact analysis and further management modelling.
Follow-Up Session: One to three months after the decision, we'll reflect on the consequences, outcomes, and explore a way forward.
Crossroads Coaching is not psychotherapy.
Sessions are available in English and Estonian.
